Virtual Fertility assessment
and Remote patient cycle monitoring program

All couples begin with an initial virtual evaluation and exam to discuss health and sexual history of both partners to investigate the cause for infertility. To complete the assessment, blood work and ultrasounds are completed at a center near you and sent to New Horizons’ team to evaluate further. Female members will participate in the remote patient cycle monitoring program. Cycle monitoring is the process that allows the fertility professional to review the development of the eggs and follicles and measure hormone levels.

Our goal is to identify your limitations, create individualized solutions and then guide you through the process that translates into improved reproductive health. Our unique offering is daily, medical grade monitoring and customized activity recommendations through our Fertility Concierge. Ask our specialized health care team how to integrate the Fertility Concierge into your pre-conception journey.
